1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the E‑Noer site and Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive activity.
• No scraping or rate‑limiting abuse.
• No uploading of sensitive personal data unless required for a feature and permitted by law.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current paid period.

5. Integrations

By connecting third‑party services (e.g., Shopify, Meta), you authorize us to access the data those services make available to us under their terms. You remain responsible for your compliance with those third‑party terms and with privacy laws for your store’s customer data.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Services. You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content to operate the Services.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims is limited to the amounts paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services for breach or risk to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Governing law

Unless required otherwise by local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with courts in Amsterdam having jurisdiction.
